The UNIFORM + SUPERSHINE combination achieves perfect results in terms of:

even on widely different types of surface.
This is a new line of fine-grain uniforming wheels that combine their effect with the downstream SUPERSHINE line, to further enhance uniformity, glossy finishing and protection; they are absolutely the ideal tool for highly diversified types of slabs.
Added to the line after lapping, UNIFORM wheels provide the degree of gloss, roughness and porosity specifically required by the SUPERSHINE process, with optimal preparation of the surface: tiles will always be perfectly uniform, regardless of their colour and size.
Treatment with UNIFORM wheels provides a gloss level of 65/70 units, but with an absolutely homogeneous, smooth surface. Extremely effective, Luna Abrasivi grinding wheels remove all defects thanks to their very fine particle size, with grains up to 5000. They thus guarantee a high-quality slab finish, but also maintain the right degree of porosity and uniformity for optimal preparation of the tile for the action of SUPERSHINE, which seals and protects the surface and completes its glossy finishing.
A team that works in tandem, avoiding the need for any changes in wheel sequence to suit different materials, colours or tile sizes. The line as a whole is also optimised, enabling a switch from 20+20 head lapping and glossy finishing plants to plants with a total of 30 heads, thanks to the downstream inclusion of the new SUPERSHINE technology.
Slabs enjoy greater protection against the risk of marks or scratches, stains or wear. The different types of tile will have a more uniform glossy finish and a perfectly sealed, protected surface.
