Magnifica 2.0: the ground-breaking innovation from the ADI Stone Division R&D

The Surfaces Group’s ADI brand launches its ground-breaking MAGNIFICA 2.0 milling cutter

This reinforced diamond milling cutter with twice the usual diamond sectors is for use on NC machines for cutting marble, granite, compact stones and resin-quartz synthetics.

Specifically developed by the ADI Stone Division’s R&D department, it is an evolution of the existing “Magnifica” milling cutter created to meet the market’s latest demands for tools combining outstanding performances with high processing speeds and long lifetimes. The latest-generation Magnifica 2.0 doubles the usual number of diamond sectors to provide an amazing 4 pairs of sectors.

Magnifica 2.0 is unique and universal. Extremely adaptable, it can be used on any type of new or pre-installed CNC machinery, and especially for all the different materials: marble, granite, stones and resin-quartz synthetics.

Its durability, speed and safety are also enhanced by the innovative system of holes to enable water cooling
